Good treatise on contracts

It really helps to supplement a casebook.
and it made some ideas that were difficult in class a little more clear.
Some professors, however, will point out ideas in this book which are not good law.

I love this book

I wish I had found this book at the beginning of the semster. All of the needless reading of cases would have gone a lot faster. Very easy book to read, gives good examples, and explanations on underlying theories. Gives modern and classical views on different matters. I used this to study for my final, and it saved me so much time. At least cut my studying time in half because on average you can get through most of this book in a day and its so well explained that you don't need to take notes you'll remember the hypo's and the cases it references from your casebook. If you have a general idea of the concepts and have kept up with the readings in class, this book clarifies some of the gray area left unexplained in the case books. As well as reinforces your existing knowledge base. Definately worth the buy!

Very Helpful Hornbook

This book puts many contracts rules and theories into an easy to understand and apply context. It even attempts to be humorous at times. My professor did point out a few things he said were inaccurate, but my professor also holds a lot of unique views on law. If you're confused about contracts, this book can help.
