Short, fast, and not very helpful

This book skims the surface of the subjects it claims to cover so briefly that it barely gets wet. Its examples amount to the 'hello world' of programming and go no further. If you're looking for anything beyond a brief introduction to PLC programming with RSLogix, this book is not for you. That said, if you need to jump into the world of PLC programming with no prior experience, this book would get you at least to the point where you can interact with the programming environment and the device. It is approximately 50 pages long and touches on all of the subjects mentioned in its description.

I only wish that I heeded the other reviews. The mere simplicity of the book does little to provide a grounded view of the subject. I still had to go to the source (Rockwell Automation) to get necessary information.

Very Short, not Helpfull at all, u can found better information in internet, just google it, its umbelievle how a book like this could be so overpriced, i trully regret buying this book
