Good principles to apply

Each chapter is just a page or two which makes it an easy read. It's filled with a lot of common sense advise that people SHOULD know but don't. I like to read a chapter a day on my way to work and put it into practice that day. It produced good results in my team. I don't think it was meant to be read in one sitting. What's the point of learning if you don't apply?
